These Terms of Service (the "Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("User") and RemotePort ("we" or "Platform").
Please read these Terms carefully. By using RemotePort, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Description
1.1 Service Content
RemotePort provides the following services:
- Job Information: Remote job aggregation and display
- Community Services: User communication, experience sharing, discussions
- Tool Services: Salary calculator, resume optimization, etc.
- Paid Services: View contact information, membership services, etc.
1.2 Service Changes
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time without prior notice. However, we will strive to:

- ✅ Provide reasonable adaptation time
- ✅ Protect users' legitimate rights
2. Account Registration and Management
2.1 Registration Eligibility
You must meet the following conditions to register:

2.2 Account Security
You are responsible for:

- ❌ Use crawlers or automation tools
- ❌ Attack or damage the platform
3.1.3 Inappropriate Content
- ❌ Pornographic, violent, or gory content
- ❌ Discriminatory or hate speech
- ❌ Personal attacks or insults
- ❌ Politically sensitive topics
3.2 Content Standards
Your published content should be:
- ✅ Truthful, accurate, and legal
- ✅ Respectful of others' rights
- ✅ Related to remote work
- ✅ Substantive in value
3.3 Violation Handling
If you violate these Terms, we reserve the right to:
- ⚠️ Delete violating content
- ⚠️ Restrict account features
- ⚠️ Suspend or ban accounts
- ⚠️ Pursue legal liability
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Platform Rights
The following content of RemotePort is protected by intellectual property:

- 🔒 Software code, algorithms
- 🔒 Copy, images, videos
- 🔒 Databases, data analysis results
Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
4.2 User Content
Content you publish (posts, comments, resumes):
- ✅ Ownership belongs to you
- ✅ Grants the platform free, perpetual, transferable license to use
- ✅ Platform may use for display, promotion, analysis, etc.

5. Paid Services
5.1 R Coin Recharge Service
R Coin Recharge Rules
- 💰 R Coins are platform virtual currency for consuming platform services
- 💰 Credited immediately upon successful recharge, valid permanently
- 💰 R Coins are non-transferable and non-withdrawable
- 💰 Payments processed through third-party provider (Stripe)
R Coin Usage
R Coins can be used for:
- 🎯 View job contact information (5 R Coins/time)
- 🎯 Tip salary reports (custom amount)
- 🎯 Post bounty threads (minimum 5 R Coins)
- 🎯 AI resume deep analysis (2 R Coins/time)
5.2 Refund Policy (Important)
Virtual Currency Non-Refundable
R Coin recharge is a virtual goods transaction. Once recharged successfully, refunds are generally not supported.
Please carefully confirm the recharge amount and package before recharging.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be requested in the following cases:
- Technical failure: Recharge successful but not credited, full refund after providing payment proof
- Duplicate charge: System error causing duplicate charges, refund of excess amount
Used R Coins Non-Refundable
If you have used R Coins for any service (viewing contact info, tipping, posting bounty, etc.), the corresponding portion of the recharge amount is non-refundable.
Chargeback/Dispute Notice
If you request a refund through credit card chargeback:
- ⚠️ We will provide complete consumption records as evidence to the payment platform
- ⚠️ Malicious chargebacks will result in permanent account suspension
- ⚠️ We reserve the right to pursue legal liability

Membership services include:

Membership Duration: According to purchased plan (monthly/quarterly/annual)
6. Disclaimers
6.1 Job Information
- ⚠️ Job information from company postings or third-party aggregation
- ⚠️ We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee complete accuracy
- ⚠️ Job-seeking risks borne by users
- ⚠️ Please be vigilant against scams
6.2 User Content
- ⚠️ User-published content does not represent platform views
- ⚠️ Platform not responsible for authenticity of user content
- ⚠️ Disputes arising from user content borne by users
6.3 Third-Party Services
- ⚠️ Platform may contain third-party links or services
- ⚠️ Risks of accessing third-party services borne by users
- ⚠️ We are not responsible for third-party services
6.4 Service Interruptions
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Interruptions may occur due to:

7. Limitation of Liability

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the platform, superseding all prior oral or written agreements.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, it does not affect the validity of other provisions.
11.3 No Waiver
Our failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
11.4 Assignment
We may assign rights and obligations under these Terms. Users need our prior consent to assign.
